FrUsTrAtIoN...

i dunno what's worse, cooking everyday, or cooking and not being sure if anyone's gonna like what i cook. i love my family to death but they are making me crazy...maybe i am just taking things to personally like robert says but it's so frustrating to cook these days! i actually had good luck today with dinner...i grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts. first, i brined the chicken breasts for about 2 hours, then marinated them in lawry's chipotle lime sauce...i grilled it on an indoor grill and made spanish rice (from the package hehe) and fresh corn on the cob. while one kiddo ate leftover pizza, james actually ate it and liked it. he said i should make it again. WHOA! i don't think i've heard those things from his mouth until today. for dessert, i made a strawberry cake with vanilla frosting...the older guys liked it but the younger one didn't. guess i can't win them all...
